About the role

Job summary

This role focuses on ensuring compliance with AI governance frameworks and regulations within the banking sector, specifically in the areas of Predictive, Generative, and Agentic AI. The position involves collaboration with various stakeholders to implement best practices in AI governance across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Risk Management, or a related Legal discipline.
  • Over 3 years of experience in AI governance, AI Risk, or Model Risk Management.
  • Familiarity with EU AI Act and GDPR regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement AI governance frameworks across the organization.
  • Serve as a point of contact for AI governance best practices.
  • Educate stakeholders on governance protocols and external regulations.
  • Lead risk-based governance approaches for AI agents.
  • Collaborate with risk functions to develop guidelines for risk management.
  • Work with cybersecurity teams to ensure security assessments.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills to convey governance concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Understanding of AI lifecycle and governance processes.
  • Experience with AI/ML projects and governance frameworks.

Education

  • BSc or MSc in relevant fields.

Tools

  • Familiarity with ISO 42001 or similar frameworks is advantageous.
