Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of QA fundamentals and automation best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright as the primary automation tool.
• Familiarity with Qase or similar test case management tools.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably GitHub Actions.
• Proficient in writing stable automated tests in JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Experience in validating APIs and browser flows across platforms.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
• Background in Agile or fast-paced SaaS environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and scale automated test suites using Playwright.
• Convert manual test cases into automated tests to enhance regression coverage.
• Organize and manage test cases in Qase for clarity and traceability.
• Collaborate with QA and engineering teams to define testing strategies and priorities.
• Design and execute end-to-end automated tests for key user journeys.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to boost release reliability.
• Document and track bugs with structured reports for quick resolution.
• Analyze recurring issues and suggest long-term process improvements.
• Participate in spec reviews and risk assessments to ensure testability.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to improving automation practices.
