Job summary

This role focuses on driving commercial efforts within the German public sector, emphasizing market analysis, opportunity management, and tender coordination from exploration to contract negotiation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in opportunity management, pipeline development, and forecasting.
• Familiarity with public tenders, particularly in IT, digitalization, consulting, or related fields in Germany.
• Strong interest or knowledge of the German public market and procurement processes.
• Experience in contract work with legal teams, including understanding bid management and proposal processes.
• A relevant master's degree and proficiency in both English and German.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mapping and analysis of previous public tenders in Germany.
• Monitor and forecast upcoming public tenders at federal and state levels.
• Build and maintain an opportunity pipeline for the German market.
• Support the Bid Management Team in proposal writing, ensuring compliance and quality.
• Coordinate input from internal experts and external partners.
• Assist in finalizing and ensuring the quality of legal contracts and agreements.

Education
