Responsibilities

  • Coordinate marketing support with technical teams and collaborate with UN Country Offices on promotional efforts for Smart Facilities projects.
  • Facilitate ongoing projects by managing project documents, agreements, and dashboards.
  • Organize internal and external workshops and improve communication processes for project implementation.
  • Collaborate with engineers and administrative staff to translate technical information into accessible materials.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends and improve workflows in areas like IoT and sustainability.
  • Prepare and present information on Smart Facilities and related services.
  • Develop service catalogs and knowledge management articles to enhance service delivery.
  • Identify potential projects on UN procurement websites and ensure compliance with application requirements.
  • Enhance templates and tools for effective decision-making and processes.
  • Support the Chief of Smart Infrastructure in developing narratives for Smart Facilities projects and community engagement strategies.
  • Maintain external relationships to foster innovation and business growth.

Education

  • Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field such as Business Development, Sustainability, Environmental Science, or Information Technology.

Tools

  • Familiarity with project management tools, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), and communication platforms.
