Cloud Solution Architect (Remote, Technology)

Job summary

This role focuses on driving customer success through business applications and AI transformation. The Cloud Solution Architect will engage with customers to enhance their use of business applications, ensuring alignment with their goals and the company's product strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement or equivalent experience.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, engaging with both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Act as the voice of the customer, sharing insights and feedback with internal teams.
• Identify and translate customer problems into business-oriented solutions.
• Build relationships with technical decision makers and business decision makers.
• Drive customer satisfaction through efficient delivery and a seamless experience.
• Proactively identify and resolve blockers to accelerate solution deployment.
• Identify new opportunities for consumption and usage of solutions.
• Operate with operational excellence throughout all sales stages.

Skills

• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement workloads.
• Experience with Copilot Studio and agent-based solutions.
• Proven ability to deliver or contribute to implementation projects.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field is preferred.

Tools

• Familiarity with company methodologies and proven practices for solution delivery.
