Construction Project Scheduler (Construction, Site-Based)

Job summary

Seeking an experienced Construction Project Scheduler with a strong background in large-scale construction projects, particularly in sectors such as Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, BioTech, Oil & Gas, Industrial, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Chemical. This is a full-time, site-based position requiring a valid Danish working permit.

Qualifications

• Over 7 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, focusing on complex construction projects.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Experience in integrating multiple sources of schedule performance data into a master schedule.
• Strong managerial and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent command of English and strong communication abilities.
• Ability to build good working relationships within the project team.
• Tenacity and drive to add value and create solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support the on-site scheduling team in reviewing internal and contractor schedules, analyzing time impacts, and identifying risks.
• Maintain and monitor the master plan schedule and prepare project tasks to meet requirements.
• Assist in developing tender and contractual requirements related to schedule accuracy and milestone achievement.
• Manage the integrated work breakdown structure and review contractor schedules with recommendations.
• Prepare regular progress reports for management and clients, monitoring key delivery milestones.
• Interact with contractors to verify project data and update schedules, developing mitigation plans as necessary.
• Assess contractor extension of time claims and prepare defense reports, analyzing critical paths and constraints.
• Plan site logistics and propose detailed schedules for critical work elements.
