Delivery Solutions Architect (Remote, Nordic Region)

Job summary

This role involves serving as a trusted technical advisor to customers, focusing on the design, implementation, and scaling of data and AI solutions. The Delivery Solutions Architect (DSA) will work closely with customer technical teams to address challenges and provide guidance, ensuring high-impact business value from data initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in delivering projects related to Data, Analytics, or AI.
• Experience in customer-facing roles such as pre-sales, technical architecture, or consulting.
• Strong programming skills in PySpark, SQL, or Scala.
• Understanding of distributed data and analytics systems architecture.
• Proven ability to manage complex escalations with senior technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Design secure and scalable data architectures for customer use cases.
• Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders.
• Lead technical account strategies and execution plans for key use cases.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address technical challenges and optimize performance.
• Report on customer health, usage, and product adoption metrics to leadership.
