Job summary

This role is designed for a seasoned leader focused on developing and expanding global partner ecosystems within the SaaS telecom sector. The Director of Partner Management will oversee the strategy for System Integrator partners, ensuring their operational readiness and successful project execution while enhancing customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • 8–12+ years of experience in Partner Management, Professional Services, or Consulting within SaaS or telecom software.
  • Proven track record in onboarding and managing System Integrator partners.
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS telecom platforms, including OSS/BSS, billing, provisioning, or CPaaS.
  • Experience in supporting partner-led implementations in complex enterprise or carrier settings.
  • Excellent program management and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Strong communication abilities, particularly at the executive level.
  • Problem-solving skills with the capacity to influence without direct authority.
  • Preferred experience in building certification programs and managing multi-region delivery models.
