Engineering Manager (AI Engineering, Remote)

Job summary

In this role, you will lead a team focused on developing an AI catalog that enables the creation, sharing, and governance of AI agents and workflows. You will be responsible for guiding a distributed team of engineers to deliver scalable systems while ensuring effective collaboration with product and UX teams.

• Strong technical background in software development, particularly in architecture and engineering judgment.
• Familiarity with agentic AI and its application in software development.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with evolving requirements.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration across distributed teams.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive team culture.
• Experience with AI product development, observability, reliability engineering, Ruby, or TypeScript is advantageous.
