Job summary

An experienced Engineering Manager is needed to lead a cross-functional engineering team focused on developing scalable and reliable software solutions. This role combines technical leadership with people management and hands-on engineering oversight, allowing for remote work within the country and occasional travel for team collaboration.

• Inspire and motivate the engineering team through regular one-on-one meetings and impactful conversations.
• Own the technical direction of the data aggregation ecosystem, translating product goals into actionable engineering priorities.
• Expand the team’s size and customer impact while balancing customer needs with platform strategy and daily engineering tasks.
• Drive prioritization and make trade-off decisions regarding team projects and focus areas.
• Advocate for best practices in leadership and product development within a fast-growing SaaS environment.
• Focus on relevant experience rather than lengthy cover letters.
• Initial 45-minute interview with Talent Acquisition.
• One-hour interview with the hiring manager and relevant engineering or product partners.
• Technical and leadership interview, including a case discussion to showcase problem-solving approaches.
• Reference and background checks as necessary for the role level.
• Offer presentation and onboarding plan.
