About the role

Job summary

This role involves providing technical support and solutions to customers in the health sector, particularly focusing on process measurement technology and automated liquid handling systems. The position requires managing customer relationships and ensuring effective communication and resolution of technical challenges.

Qualifications

  • Technical background in mechanics, electronics, software, or mechatronics with relevant education.
  • Experience in a similar field-based role within MedTech, BioTech, Aviation, or Process industries.
  • Interest and experience in IT environments.
  • Excellent communication skills in at least one Nordic language and fluency in English.
  • Valid driver's license and passport.

Responsibilities

  • Manage specific customer accounts and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Plan and allocate resources independently within the designated area.
  • Resolve technical issues competently and provide feedback to customers.
  • Support and train other Field Service Engineers.
  • Lead and supervise Technical Support projects within the field organization.

Skills

  • Strong IT skills and ability to work with various technical systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

Education

  • Relevant technical education in mechanics, electronics, software, or mechatronics.

Tools

  • Familiarity with process measurement technology and automated systems in the health sector.
