Job summary

This role involves serving as the FP&A Business Partner in Denmark, focusing on financial stewardship and strategic forecasting within a global context. The position emphasizes collaboration with various business leaders to influence financial decisions and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in controlling, accounting, or FP&A.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and experience with SOX compliance and internal controls.
• Advanced skills in Excel; familiarity with SAP or Oracle and BI tools like Power BI is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable in meeting deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a global, matrix organizational structure.

Responsibilities

• Manage the month-end close process for assigned entities, ensuring accurate P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure SOX compliance and maintain internal controls, supporting audits with detailed documentation.
• Drive forecasting and budgeting processes, aligning figures across financial statements and developing driver-based models.
• Conduct account reconciliations and resolve issues in collaboration with the Shared Service Center.
• Provide strategic business analysis and decision support, preparing business cases and tracking capital expenditures.
• Oversee payroll accounting operations, ensuring accurate reporting and timely data submission.
• Lead process improvement initiatives, documenting SOPs and proposing automation solutions.
• Enhance financial reporting through improved dashboards and templates, providing actionable insights for leadership.
