Qualifications

• Degree in Automotive Engineering or related fields (e.g., Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering)
• Over 3 years of professional experience in automotive engineering
• Proficient in written English (C1/C2 level)
• Strong skills in Python for numerical validation
• Reliable internet connection
• Professional certifications (e.g., PE, CEng, PMP) and experience in international projects are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Project time expectations

Tasks are estimated to require approximately 10–20 hours per week during active project phases, subject to project needs.

Compensation

Contributors can earn up to $50 per hour, depending on their expertise and contribution pace, with variations based on project complexity and requirements.

• Create graduate- and industry-level automotive engineering problems based on practical scenarios
• Assess AI-generated solutions for accuracy and engineering logic
• Validate analytical or numerical results using Python libraries (NumPy, SciPy, Pandas)
• Enhance AI reasoning to conform to established engineering principles
• Use structured scoring criteria for evaluating multi-step problem-solving processes.
