Qualifications

  • Degree in Energy Engineering or related fields such as Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or Electronics.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in energy engineering.
  • Proficient in written English (C1/C2 level).
  • Strong skills in Python for numerical validation.
  • Reliable internet connection.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., PE, CEng, EMP, CEM) and experience in international projects are advantageous.

Compensation

  • Design complex energy engineering problems that reflect real-world practices.
  • Assess AI solutions for accuracy, underlying assumptions, and constraints.
  • Validate calculations or simulations using Python libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and SciPy.
  • Enhance AI reasoning to meet industry-standard logic.
  • Utilize structured scoring criteria for multi-step problem evaluations.
  • Estimated workload of 10–20 hours per week during active project phases, subject to project requirements.
  • Earnings can reach up to $50 per hour, depending on expertise and contribution pace. Compensation may vary based on project scope and complexity.
