Job summary

Qualifications

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields such as Thermodynamics, Fluid Mechanics, or Computational Mechanics.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in mechanical engineering.
  • Proficient in written English (C1/C2 level).
  • Strong skills in Python for numerical validation.
  • Reliable internet connection.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., PE, CEng, PMP) and experience in international projects are advantageous.

  • Create mechanical engineering problems suitable for graduate and industry levels.
  • Assess AI-generated solutions for accuracy and engineering logic.
  • Validate results using Python libraries such as NumPy, SciPy, and Pandas.
  • Enhance AI reasoning to conform to engineering standards and first principles.
  • Use structured criteria to evaluate multi-step problem-solving processes.
  • Estimated workload of 10–20 hours per week during active project phases.
  • Compensation of up to $50/hour, with variations based on expertise and project specifics.
  • Payment structures may include fixed project rates or individual rates, with potential incentive payments.
