Green Energy Civil/Structural Engineering Intern (Renewable Energy, Copenhagen)

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a postgraduate degree program or final year of a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Recent graduates may apply if starting the internship within one year of graduation.

Responsibilities

• Collect data and information related to green energy solutions in various Country Offices.
• Assess civil works and structures for renewable energy installations.
• Draft business cases for renewable energy solutions, focusing on hybrid solar PV systems and energy efficiency.
• Provide guidance and remote technical assistance on energy efficiency solutions.
• Assist in the installation of IoT energy sensors for projects.
• Support procurement of green energy equipment, including market research and technical evaluations.
• Monitor operations and maintenance of installed solar PV and e-mobility systems.
• Act as rapporteur in meetings as assigned.
• Contribute to documentation for process improvements.
• Assist project managers in remote management of renewable energy installations.
