Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Host/Hostess in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication skills to inform guests about wait times and table availability.
  • Ability to manage the waitlist and prioritize seating based on reservations and walk-ins.
  • Capability to handle special requests and accommodations for guests.
  • Knowledge of menus and the ability to engage in conversation about them.
  • Attention to maintaining a clean and organized lobby and waiting area.
  • Adherence to uniform and grooming standards.
  • Flexibility to work in a 24-hour operational environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and escort them to their tables, providing menus.
  • Maintain an organized waitlist and manage guest seating efficiently.
