Qualifications

• Recent graduate in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Production Technology, or relevant experience in manufacturing roles.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes and packing procedures.
• Understanding of manufacturing environments and global collaboration.
• Strong quality focus and appreciation for structured work processes.
• Familiarity with LEAN principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent attention to detail and structured working style.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop packaging layouts for prepack and final pack production.
• Optimize packaging solutions for manufacturing and packing plants.
• Ensure new products adhere to FIFO principles and development timelines.
• Drive continuous improvements in packaging workflows.
• Maintain and update packaging guidelines based on capabilities of packing plants.
• Provide industrial engineering expertise to development teams.
