Job summary

This position is for students eager to start a career in management consulting, focusing on operations and supply chain management, with a start date in summer or fall of 2026.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or about to begin a master’s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management, strategic management, business management, or a related field with strong academic performance.
• Solid analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English.
• Interest in management consulting and teamwork.
• Curiosity about AI and analytics in operations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to analyze and optimize supply chain operations.
• Develop sustainable supply chain strategies balancing cost, service, resilience, emissions, and data/AI enablement.
• Assist in driving digital and AI-enabled supply chain transformations.
• Create strategic communication materials using generative AI for research and insights.
• Prepare and conduct presentations and workshops.

Education
