Job summary

Seeking an experienced Maintenance or Reliability Engineer with a strong background in maintenance leadership and troubleshooting for mining assets. The role requires expertise in various heavy machinery brands and a hands-on approach in mining operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in maintenance leadership roles for heavy machinery brands such as Komatsu, Sandvik, Hitachi, or Epiroc.
• Deep technical knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and operational systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and fault analysis skills.
• Familiarity with OEM specifications and field maintenance practices.
• Previous experience working directly at mining sites is mandatory.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with strong technical proficiency for documentation.
• Mechanical Engineering background is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in computer applications and office software.
• Availability for team meetings and presentations.
