Job summary

This role focuses on supporting the development and execution of a global product portfolio strategy through analytical insights and performance monitoring. The position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to incorporate consumer and commercial insights into portfolio analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in strategy, analytics, category management, merchandising, or consulting
• Strong analytical skills with experience in commercial or product portfolio data
• Proficiency in financial, strategic, and portfolio performance analysis
• Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Develop the global portfolio strategy through research and performance analysis
• Identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities within the portfolio
• Maintain the global 3-year and 1-year portfolio roadmap
• Track roadmap progress and document portfolio initiatives
• Analyze portfolio structure and assortment mix for efficiency
• Consolidate platform assortment proposals into global recommendations
• Evaluate promotion effectiveness and adherence to guidelines
• Monitor lifecycle status across portfolio platforms and support lifecycle decisions
• Provide analytical input for portfolio financial planning and performance tracking
