Quality Lead (Construction, Data Centres, Remote)

Job summary

The role involves overseeing quality assurance and quality control processes for data center construction projects, ensuring compliance with client requirements and industry standards. The Quality Lead will coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and consultants, to maintain high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in construction, with at least 5 years in quality control or commissioning.
• Experience in data center facility maintenance, operation, or construction for at least 5 years.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with online document management systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Preferred qualifications include formal QAQC certification and experience in managing large-scale mission-critical projects.

Responsibilities

• Liaise closely with the client to meet quality requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors and consultants effectively.
• Plan and allocate quality control resources for inspections.
• Conduct audits and field inspections as requested.
• Review and approve Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) and checklists.
• Generate weekly quality reports and oversee QC personnel activities.
• Lead weekly QAQC meetings with contractors and internal teams.
• Ensure all quality documentation is maintained in the client’s system.
