Job summary

This role involves engaging with senior partners in the insurance industry, focusing on strategic relationships and data analysis to support multimillion-euro carrier partnerships across EMEA.

Qualifications

• Approximately 4–5 years of experience in an analytical, stakeholder-focused role within consulting, insurance, or advisory sectors.
• A master's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Proficient in English; additional European languages, especially German, are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support key carrier relationships, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
• Prepare and facilitate senior-level meetings, including agenda setting and decision tracking.
• Analyze data related to premium flows and performance indicators using advanced Excel skills.
• Create impactful PowerPoint presentations to convey analysis to senior audiences.
• Act as a liaison between local, regional, and global teams and senior insurance partners.
• Contribute to broader initiatives informed by data insights.
