Senior Electrical Engineer (Green Energy, Copenhagen or Esbjerg)

Job summary

This role involves leading the design and engineering of electrical systems for innovative green energy projects, focusing on high, medium, and low voltage systems. The position is part of a collaborative team dedicated to advancing sustainable energy solutions.

Qualifications

• Certified Electrician (elinstallatør), Marine Engineer (Maskinmester), B.Sc./B.Eng. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in designing electrical systems, ideally in power plants, district heating, or heavy industries.
• Strong knowledge of MV and LV design and specifications.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering scope in large multidisciplinary and specialized projects from development to construction.
• Design and optimize technical solutions for MV and LV systems.
• Create engineering specifications and technical datasheets for electrical equipment, including transformers and switchgear.
• Collaborate with procurement and manage technical clarifications with vendors.
• Participate in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and commissioning activities.
