Job summary

This role involves leading an embedded software line organization responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining firmware platforms for hearing aids and accessories. Qualifications

• Proven experience in real-time embedded software development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of embedded software engineers, focusing on growth and high performance.
• Own and evolve development processes, including CI, test automation, and code quality.
• Coordinate capacity planning, recruitment, and team development for future projects.
• Contribute to the SAFe Agile Release Train by supporting Scrum teams and removing impediments.
• Promote a collaborative environment and align with organizational commitments to customer focus and teamwork.
