Job summary

This role involves leading the quality assurance process for Salesforce projects, ensuring high standards of testing and automation. The position requires collaboration with various business functions to align testing strategies and maintain robust automated testing frameworks.

Qualifications

  • Salesforce Certified Associate or Administrator; Provar certifications or Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I preferred.
  • Over 5 years of experience in Salesforce QA, with a strong background in automation testing.
  • Proficient in Salesforce Lightning Experience and validating Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Familiar with end-to-end QA methodologies, including functional, regression, UAT, and integration testing.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk) and data flows.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce security model and validation techniques.
  • Experience with tools like VS Code, Salesforce CLI, Git, and ALM tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of the QA process and ensure adherence to testing standards throughout the SDLC.
  • Design and maintain an automation framework focusing on Provar and other tools.
  • Lead QA delivery for complex project features, from test planning to deployment sign-off.
  • Execute end-to-end testing across the Salesforce ecosystem, including API integrations.
  • Participate in review cycles to ensure alignment with quality benchmarks.
  • Implement QA best practices focusing on maintainable automation code and performance testing.
  • Support incident management through troubleshooting and bug reporting.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into test cases.
  • Contribute to CI/CD processes and integrate automation into deployment pipelines.
  • Develop and maintain QA documentation, including test plans and execution reports.
  • Mentor junior team members on quality standards and automation practices.
