Job summary

The role involves leading the Mould Assembly & Qualification department to validate new platforms, technologies, and materials, ensuring their effective integration into global industrial processes. The focus is on enhancing performance and efficiency through robust validation and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in change management, project management, and team leadership.
• Strong background in moulding processes and qualification of moulds is preferred.
• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt is required.
• Experience in implementing Lean Six Sigma capabilities within an organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional teams to execute Lean Six Sigma projects and implement global processes.
• Facilitate change management to ensure smooth transitions and stakeholder agreement.
• Identify inefficiencies and optimize processes using DMAIC methodology and Lean Six Sigma tools.
• Analyze complex data to drive decision-making and translate trends into actionable insights.
• Build capabilities in failure mode analysis, troubleshooting, and data mining.

Education
