Senior Solution Architect (IT, Remote)

Job summary

This role involves shaping solution architectures for global initiatives in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service, focusing on digital transformation. The architect will translate both functional and non-functional requirements into robust solution designs while ensuring compliance with architectural principles and security standards.

Qualifications

• Strong technical insight with collaborative abilities across IT and business teams.
• At least five years of experience in an IT architecture role.
• Technical educational background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable solution designs.
• Collaborate with business product owners, SMEs, project managers, and development teams for successful implementation.
• Define data flows and integrations, evaluate new technologies, and determine sourcing strategies for new capabilities.
• Support projects throughout their lifecycle, from solution design to service introduction and impact assessments.

Skills

• Familiarity with MarTech and Commercial solutions, integration patterns, and technologies (APIs, event streaming, ETL).
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics, SAP) and customer engagement platforms (e.g., Bloomreach).
• Understanding of CPQ solutions and their role in product configuration and pricing.
• Strong English communication skills and experience in agile and waterfall environments.

Education

• Technical degree preferred.

Tools

• Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and EA tools like LeanIX is advantageous.
