Job summary

This role focuses on enhancing the serviceability of both existing and new medical devices, ensuring compliance with quality, volume, and timeliness standards. It is a 12-month fixed-term contract position with potential for extension.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on the serviceability of medical devices throughout their product life cycle, contributing to the design of serviceability for new devices and maintaining existing ones.
• Produce technical service documentation and participate in investigations related to service issues.
• Apply knowledge of best practices and market differentiation to inform service goals.
• Utilize judgment to propose solutions for complex manufacturing processes, leveraging technical experience and analytical skills.
• Serve as a resource for less experienced colleagues and may lead small, low-risk projects.
