Solutions Specialist (Remote, Technology)

Job summary

This role involves shaping solutions for gambling harm prevention by combining expertise in software, AI, neuroscience, and psychology. The Solutions Specialist will engage with academic research and collaborate with customers to ensure responsible software usage.

Qualifications

• PhD or master's degree in Cognitive Science, UX/HCI, Psychology, Neuroscience, or a related field.
• Strong academic drive and curiosity for in-depth understanding of problem gambling and behavioral psychology.
• Experience in data analysis, Python, SQL, and consultancy is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and strategic advice to priority customers.
• Manage customer projects to ensure alignment and commitment.
• Conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions on product usage.
• Maintain domain expertise in problem gambling and addiction neuroscience.
• Develop materials and documentation to translate research into product development.
• Address software solutions, including bug fixes and feature development.
