Job summary

This role involves developing structured learning environments for AI systems by leveraging real-world consulting experiences. The focus is on translating complex client engagements into detailed project scenarios and tasks that AI can learn from, ensuring high-quality outputs and evaluations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm such as McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or similar.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems into actionable analytical plans.
• Experience in building financial models and conducting market analyses.
• Capability to produce client-ready deliverables under tight deadlines.
• Strong skills in forming and defending recommendations despite uncertainty.

Responsibilities

• Create realistic consulting project environments that reflect actual engagement dynamics, including industry context and financial constraints.
• Design structured tasks for AI agents that replicate real consulting work, such as market sizing and operational diagnosis.
• Develop evaluation criteria and quality standards to train and calibrate AI grading systems.
