Systems Engineer (AI Infrastructure, Full-time, Copenhagen)

Job summary

This role focuses on developing and maintaining the infrastructure necessary for AI systems to operate at scale, including system architecture, data pipelines, and backend infrastructure. The position is part of a flat team structure with no middle management, allowing for direct ownership of projects.

Qualifications

• Proficient in production-grade Python programming.
• Experience in backend engineering, including building, deploying, and maintaining systems that manage data, APIs, and storage.
• Strong expertise in AWS or similar cloud platforms, with knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like CloudFormation.
• Familiarity with data pipeline development.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement system architecture and data pipelines to support AI applications.
• Develop infrastructure for running large language models (LLMs) both in the cloud and on local servers.
• Monitor and optimize performance metrics, ensuring low latency and high reliability of systems.

Skills

• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on practical solutions.

Education
