Technology Coordinator (Engineering, Remote)

Job summary

The Technology Coordinator will support experimental, testing, and qualification activities within the Engineering & Technology sector. This role involves close collaboration with R&D engineers, test facilities, logistics, and external partners to ensure the effective execution of test programs and engineering tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in a coordination, project support, or operations role
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Coordinate test and experimental activities
• Plan and follow up on tasks, resources, and schedules
• Facilitate cross-site coordination between locations
• Manage logistics, sample tracking, and export/import interfaces
• Provide documentation support and ensure data consistency
• Assist with planning tools and process standardization

Skills

Soft Skills

• Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or technical environments is preferred
• Familiarity with ERP or planning systems is a plus
• Supply chain or logistics experience is desirable
• Proactive and structured approach to tasks
