Job summary

This role is for a seasoned leader tasked with building and scaling a high-performing Professional Services organization within a SaaS telecom context. The position focuses on creating repeatable service offerings that enhance customer adoption and streamline implementation processes.

Qualifications

  • 10–15+ years of leadership experience in Professional Services or Consulting within SaaS telecom or related software sectors.
  • Proven track record in scaling Professional Services in subscription-based models with a strong grasp of SaaS economics.
  • In-depth knowledge of telecom SaaS platforms such as OSS/BSS, CPaaS, billing, provisioning, or network automation.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing P&L with a focus on margin management and operational excellence.
  • Ability to balance standardization with the specific needs of enterprise customers in complex deployments.
  • Strong executive presence with experience in managing enterprise and carrier-grade accounts.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, program management, and cross-functional influence capabilities.
  • Preferred: experience in high-growth SaaS environments, systems integration, partner-led delivery models, and advanced degrees (MBA or equivalent).
