About the role

Job summary

This role involves guiding organizations in transforming their HR processes through the implementation of Workday's Absence and Time Tracking modules. The consultant will work with clients to optimize their Workday investment and ensure alignment with industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience in implementing Workday HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, or similar platforms (e.g., UKG, ADP, Infor).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Ability to manage client interactions and travel as needed.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on best practices in Absence and Time Tracking.
  • Lead workshops and discussions related to Absence Management and Time Tracking.
  • Independently manage workstreams and report on progress.
  • Collaborate with client counterparts, vendors, and colleagues to deliver robust solutions.
  • Support innovation by developing new methods and assets.

Skills

  • Strong HR background with experience in Workday Time Tracking.
  • Up-to-date Workday Absence and Time Tracking certifications.
  • Experience with other Workday modules is a plus.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.

Tools

  • Workday platform, cloud-based HR solutions.
