Job summary

This role involves guiding organizations in transforming their HR processes using Workday technology, focusing on Absence and Time Tracking modules. The consultant will work with clients to optimize their Workday investment through integrated HR solutions.

Qualifications

  • Experience implementing Workday HCM, Absence, Time, or similar platforms (e.g., UKG, ADP, Infor).
  • Ability to manage client interactions and travel as required.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; fluency in English is required.
  • Proven stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on best practices in Absence and Time Tracking, ensuring solutions meet their needs.
  • Apply Workday methodologies in project execution.
  • Host workshops and lead discussions on Absence Management and Time Tracking.
  • Independently manage workstreams and report on progress.
  • Collaborate with clients, vendors, and colleagues to develop robust solutions.
  • Support innovation by creating new methods and assets.

Skills

  • Strong HR background with experience in Workday Time Tracking.
  • Up-to-date Workday Absence and Time Tracking certifications.
  • Mid-level experience with Workday.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Tools

  • Workday HCM, Absence and Time Tracking modules.
