Workday HCM Lead (Remote)

Job summary

This role involves guiding organizations in transforming their HR processes through Workday technology. The position requires collaboration with clients to optimize their Workday investment and deliver integrated HR solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading multiple end-to-end Workday HCM projects from initiation to completion, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Prior experience with Workday HCM or similar cloud-based platforms.
• Strong HR background, either as a consultant or in a client role managing the Workday HCM workstream.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients on industry standards and leading practices in the core HCM domain.
• Host workshops and lead discussions on Workday Core HCM topics.
• Independently manage workstreams and report on progress.
• Lead diverse teams through implementation, liaising with clients and colleagues.
• Support innovation by creating new industry-leading methods and assets.

Skills

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and meet deadlines.
• Experience with Workday's Data Migration tools and Security framework.
• Up-to-date Workday HCM certification and other relevant certifications (e.g., Compensation, Security, Recruiting).
