About the role

Job summary

This role involves guiding organizations in transforming their HR processes through advanced technology, specifically focusing on Workday solutions. The consultant will work on various projects, helping clients maximize their Workday investments through integrated HR solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading multiple end-to-end Workday HCM and Talent & Performance implementation projects.
  • Prior experience with Workday HCM / Talent & Performance or similar cloud-based platforms.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to develop functional solutions in Talent & Performance, applying industry standards and methodologies.
  • Host workshops and lead discussions on HCM and Compensation functionalities.
  • Independently manage workstreams and report on progress.
  • Lead diverse teams through implementations, liaising with clients and internal colleagues.
  • Support innovation by creating new methods and assets in the field.

Skills

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage conflicting demands.
  • Experience with Workday's Data Migration tools and Security framework is a plus.
  • Up-to-date Workday certifications are preferred.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Tools

  • Workday HCM and Talent & Performance platform.
