Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Jobs in English (jobsinenglish.dk), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What we provide

Jobs in English is an aggregation and curation service. We collect publicly available job postings from third-party sources, filter them for English-language roles in Denmark, and present them on this site. We are not an employer, recruiter, or staffing agency.

• •Free access — anonymized AI-generated previews of every live English-language job in Denmark. No account required to browse.
• •Free account — save jobs, track applications, and create one weekly job alert. Content remains anonymized.
• •Premium subscription — full original listings including company name, job description, and direct apply link. Unlimited alerts with configurable cadence.

3. Subscriptions and payment

• •Subscriptions are billed in Danish Krone (DKK) through Stripe at the price shown at checkout. Prices are displayed inclusive of any applicable VAT.
• •Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• •We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by Danish consumer law.
• •We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Existing subscribers will be given at least 30 days' notice before any price change takes effect.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• •Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from the site without our written permission
• •Share, resell, or redistribute Premium content (full job listings) outside the service
• •Attempt to circumvent access controls or reverse-engineer the anonymization pipeline
• •Use the service for any unlawful purpose

Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

5. Job listing accuracy

We aggregate listings from third-party sources and make no warranties as to their accuracy, completeness, or continued availability. Job postings may be out of date, modified by the employer, or removed at any time. We are not responsible for the content of individual job listings or for any decisions made in reliance on them.

AI-generated previews are anonymized rewrites, not the original posting. Premium subscribers should always read the full original description before applying.

6. Intellectual property

The site design, code, and AI-generated previews are the property of Jobs in English. Individual job listing content originates with the respective employers and is reproduced for indexing and reference purposes only.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Danish law, Jobs in English is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including but not limited to missed job opportunities, decisions made based on listing content, or service downtime.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
