Accountant (Finance, Denmark)

Job summary

An opportunity exists for an Accountant to contribute to the financial operations within a robotics-focused organization. The role involves collaboration with a finance team to manage accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) tasks, ensuring accurate financial reporting and problem-solving across departments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations.
• Support the foundation for financial reporting.
• Engage in problem-solving for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with various parts of the organization.
• Participate in salary processing tasks in Denmark and internationally, with training provided.
• Contribute to development projects and handle ad hoc tasks as needed.

• Experience with Medius and Acubiz or similar vendor and expense management systems.
• Familiarity with AX is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and a structured approach to work.
• Proficient in using financial systems.
• Reasonable proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Must be based in Denmark; relocation is not offered for this position.
• Flexible work-from-home options available 1–2 days per week by agreement.
