Job summary

The position is part of a small, flat AI team dedicated to innovating content data processes without the constraints of traditional corporate structures.

Qualifications

• Proficient in production-grade Python.
• Extensive experience with large language models (LLMs), embeddings, retrieval systems, or agent frameworks, with hands-on development experience.
• Familiarity with real-world systems including data management, APIs, and storage solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI features and workflows for production use.
• Create and refine retrieval, evaluation, and agent systems.
• Rapidly prototype solutions, test with actual data, and iterate based on findings.
• Convert ambiguous problems into actionable AI solutions.
