Job summary

This role involves developing an AI-driven platform that enhances blockchain investigation and compliance products. The focus is on building systems where AI can effectively utilize data and tools to provide users with actionable insights and automation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in delivering full-stack features across frontend, backend, and infrastructure, with a track record of ownership from design to production.
• Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) in production settings, including tool use, agent orchestration, and prompt engineering.
• Understanding of agent knowledge structuring within context window constraints and trade-offs in AI capabilities.
• Strong backend engineering skills in a typed language, including concurrency, error handling, and system design.
• Experience with security constraints, tenant isolation, and sandboxed execution environments.
• Proficiency in delivering modern frontend experiences using contemporary stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the agent platform, including context and tool layers, execution runtime, and user interfaces.
• Own the skill architecture, enabling agents to discover and utilize capabilities across the product suite.
• Develop and manage secure sandboxed execution environments for agent-generated code.
• Deliver full-stack features and oversee the entire lifecycle from design to operational deployment.
• Create a workflow platform for automating complex user processes.
• Enhance AI quality and observability, managing multi-model orchestration and prompt engineering.
• Improve the reliability and security of systems where AI operates on behalf of users.

Skills

• Experience in designing interfaces or capability systems for AI agents.
• Familiarity with functional programming in TypeScript and the Effect ecosystem.
• Background in multi-tenant platforms or systems with enterprise security needs.
• Knowledge of Python library development and SDK design.
• Experience in blockchain, compliance, or financial services sectors.
