Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Manager in achieving KPIs and identifying profit opportunities
  • Set daily and weekly sales targets for the team to enhance store performance
  • Analyze KPIs and team performance, providing updates and action plans to the Store Manager
  • Oversee costs and manage store operations, including stock control and payroll
  • Inspire and develop the team through effective training and coaching
  • Assume store management responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager
  • Maintain high visual standards throughout the store

Skills

Education

  • Relevant experience in retail management preferred
