Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in retail buying, merchandising, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis
• Genuine interest in fashion, trends, and brand positioning
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
• Strong analytical mindset to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills and a team player
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Prepare buy files and maintain buy orders in internal systems
• Support range building through quantitative analysis (KPIs, sell-through, stock levels)
• Collect input from regions and stores to aid assortment decisions
• Assist in preparing buying presentations
• Support product planning in line with marketing calendars and deliveries
• Monitor store assortments and clustering
• Maintain product push planning and markdown lists
• Follow up on deliveries and support in-store execution
• Collaborate with Marketing on launches and seasonal activities
• Prepare weekly performance reports across regions
• Track SKU and category performance
• Support replenishment and in-season actions
• Contribute to in-season and post-season analyses
• Monitor competitors, trends, and market developments to provide insights
