Job summary

This role involves managing content productions within an internal film studio, overseeing the process from pre-production to delivery. The position requires collaboration with a global team to create impactful content that meets business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Creative Agency or Production House.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple productions while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Strong business writing skills for creating executive summaries, memos, and briefs.
• High level of discretion with sensitive information.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage team capacity and coordinate new projects, acting as the primary contact.
• Lead product and brand content productions, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
• Collaborate with various teams to enhance communication and project outcomes.
• Oversee project deliverables with clear documentation and management.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and align regional needs with global strategies.

Skills

• Strong organizational and self-motivation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools; knowledge of FrameIO is a plus.
• Flexibility to work additional hours during peak production periods.

Education

• Relevant experience in film production or a related field is preferred.
