Business Insights Analyst (Pharmaceutical, Valby)

Job summary

The Business Insights Analyst will leverage business analytics and CRM expertise to enhance commercial decisions across North & Central Europe. This role involves ensuring high-quality data and stable system operations while providing actionable insights to support Commercial and Medical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, or a related field
• 5–8 years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Intelligence, Sales Operations, or Commercial IT (experience in the pharmaceutical sector is a plus)

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize CRM and related systems, contributing to a new CRM implementation
• Translate complex data into meaningful insights to drive decision-making
• Collaborate with global functions and engage with regional stakeholders to support performance and decision-making

Skills

• Strong experience with CRM systems (Veeva preferred) and BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Strong project management and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across functions

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
