Job summary

The Business Insights Analyst role focuses on transforming complex data into actionable business insights to support commercial decisions across North & Central Europe. This position combines business analytics with CRM system management, ensuring high-quality data and stable operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, or a related field
• 5–8 years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Intelligence, Sales Operations, or Commercial IT (experience in the pharmaceutical sector is a plus)

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize CRM and related systems, contributing to new CRM implementations
• Translate data into insights that drive decision-making for Commercial and Medical teams
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to ensure effective data usage and system operations

Skills

• Strong experience with CRM systems (preferably Veeva) and BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Strong project management and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across functions

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
