Job summary

This role is a foundational position within the Finance & Operations team, focusing on supporting various operational functions including finance, legal, compliance, and people operations. The position offers a unique opportunity to help design and implement processes from the ground up in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Head of Finance & Operations to support finance operations, legal compliance, and people operations.
  • Manage vendor and customer tracking, finance flows, and onboarding processes.
  • Oversee the legal document library and ensure compliance with entity-level filing obligations.
  • Identify opportunities for automation of manual tasks and develop AI-based solutions.

Qualifications

The good stuff

  • 0–2 years of experience in a dynamic setting such as consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth startup.
  • Degree in business, economics, finance, accounting, or a related field with strong academic performance.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and experience with financial modeling, particularly in Excel.
  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership in completing tasks.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and a proactive approach to automation.
  • Interest in process improvement and workflow automation.
