Senior Manager, Field Training (Biopharmaceutical, Remote/Europe)

Job summary

This role focuses on enhancing field capabilities for European teams by adapting global training content to meet local needs in the biopharmaceutical sector. The position involves leading onboarding processes and continuous training initiatives to ensure field teams are well-equipped to engage with customers effectively.

Qualifications

• Relevant academic degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, Biomedical Sciences, or related fields.
• 7–10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with 3-5 years in field capability building.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding process for European affiliates, adapting global materials into compliant, field-relevant training solutions.
• Design and implement ongoing capability development beyond initial onboarding, ensuring continuous learning and effectiveness for field teams.
• Oversee the development and deployment of e-learning materials and digital learning assets, managing LMS execution and tracking.
• Establish a consistent capability assessment framework to measure onboarding and ongoing development effectiveness.
• Collaborate with global and local teams to ensure content relevance and compliance.

Skills

• Proficient in PowerPoint, Canva, or similar tools for creating engaging learning materials.
• Experience in developing and managing e-learning and digital training across multiple markets.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
• Understanding of field realities and compliance in customer-facing roles.

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields.

Tools

• Experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone) for deployment and learner tracking.
