Qualifications

  • University Degree in Social Work or a healthcare-related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Over 5 years of experience in a healthcare role such as Social Work or Patient Advocacy.
  • Strong fluency in English; proficiency in French and/or German is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare sector and experience working across diverse global markets.
  • Strong ethical standards and respect for client confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Advise and coordinate healthcare-related tasks for members and families across global markets, focusing on Europe.
  • Understand and address the care needs of working families, considering cultural and healthcare system differences.
  • Contribute to the localization of guides and resources to reflect regional nuances.
  • Collaborate on initiatives to improve global products and services.
  • Maintain care projects and provide hands-on support for complex healthcare situations.

Skills

  • Ability to integrate and collaborate effectively with others.
  • Experience in developing and facilitating care plans.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on high-touch experiences.
  • Comfort with emerging technology and tools like AI to enhance workflows.

Education

  • University Degree in Social Work or a related healthcare profession.

  • Starting salary between £49,943.25 and £67,000.00.
